Job stability We seek a **Process Engineer** responsible for structuring, maintaining, and improving the corporate Quality Management System, ensuring order, traceability, and operational compliance across all business units. Key Responsibilities: * Design, update, and maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and process matrices. * Implement and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS). * Evaluate the QMS and implement improvements derived from audits, feedback, and performance analysis. * Track nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions, ensuring closure with evidence. * Implement and promote continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto, Six Sigma). * Develop and update flowcharts and process maps. * Coordinate internal QMS audits and follow up on findings. * Design and execute the annual audit plan. * Collaborate with operational, administrative, and executive departments to resolve technical incidents and improve processes. Requirements * Education: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Experience: * Minimum 2 years implementing and administering Quality Management Systems. * 2 years designing, mapping, documenting, and standardizing processes. * 2 years conducting internal audits and managing corrective and preventive actions. * 2 years implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Technical Knowledge: * Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC * KPIs for efficiency, quality, and compliance * SIPOC diagrams, flowcharts, and RACI matrices * Document management and version control * Office and Visio Soft Skills: * Process-oriented critical thinking * Analytical ability and systemic vision * Executive communication with managers and directors * Cross-functional leadership (without hierarchical authority) * Order, operational discipline, and technical negotiation * Problem resolution based on logic and evidence Additional Requirements * Willingness to travel * Ability to work across multiple departments and business units We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Participation in corporate strategic projects * Opportunity for professional growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
