**Job Description** ------------------------- Be a promoter of the Safety Culture in cement plants, directly supporting the Safety and Health Advisor and executing specific activities for the implementation of the safety system, always fostering an environment of harmony and safety. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Understand and comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as meet CEMEX's objectives (Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health). * Ensure training for personnel under supervision, facilitating access to information and training, and certifying such training. * Ensure the physical integrity of both direct and indirect personnel under supervision, as well as the facilities, while respectfully using environmental resources and engaging neighboring communities. * Promote Safety Culture through the establishment of programs, systems, and procedures that involve participation from all plant personnel. * Conduct safety inspections and audits in work areas. * Perform job-specific and operational risk analyses. * Document and monitor activities related to the implementation of the Integrated Management System. **Position Challenges** -------------------- * Promote safety culture in cement plants in alignment with Corporate Safety Policy guidelines. * Implement the IMS within agreed timeframes and resource constraints. * Eliminate unsafe conditions in cement plants. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: Technical Degree / Bachelor's Degree Required Experience: Minimum 6 months in Industrial Safety and Health Required Knowledge: * Extensive knowledge of OHSAS 18000 and industrial safety. * Leadership and tolerance under pressure.
