Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Job Objective** Control and maintain up-to-date documentation and system users (SAP) in accordance with applicable policies and guidelines at Grupo PiSA.**Responsibilities and Activities** Perform activities associated with the quality system under a compliance code for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ensure proper processing of change requests in accordance with documentary guidelines and applicable systems. Maintain updated user information in the document management system (QualTrax) to ensure optimal administration. Distribute printed copies of current and authorized regulatory procedures for information consultation across various Group departments, ensuring control of obsolete documents on the shop floor. Experience a. Pharmaceutical industry: 1 year. b. Pharmaceutical regulations (NOM-059): 1 year. c. Document control processes. Knowledge a. Microsoft Office suite (Excel database). b. PNO structure. Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biology or \*Related fields.
