Opportunity for growth and training. **Age** 21 years old and above **Education** Electrical Engineering / Master's Degree or related field **Experience** Not required **Gender** Indifferent **Languages** Basic English **Willingness to Travel** Mandatory **Required Knowledge** * Proficiency in power system simulation software (EMTP, PSSe, PSCAD, etc.). * Solid knowledge of power systems. * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for interpretation and creation of electrical drawings. **Preferred Knowledge** * Proficiency in PVsyst for photovoltaic system modeling and evaluation. * Knowledge of power quality (harmonics, flicker, unbalances, disturbances). **Job Objective** To perform the development, analysis, and modeling of electrical studies for power plants and load centers. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare electrical studies. * Develop dynamic and static models of power plants and load centers on simulation platforms. * Prepare technical reports with detailed interpretation of obtained results. * Update and maintain databases, models, and technical documentation related to electrical studies. * Coordinate and follow up on required technical information with other departments. * Participate in technical meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, or suppliers to present results. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Location** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Specifications** * Direct hiring, training, excellent work environment, opportunity for growth.
