**Job Description** COMPANY **COSANA**, FURNITURE MANUFACTURER SEEKING A **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR**, FURNITURE INDUSTRY **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods. * Monitor production schedules and adjust them as necessary to meet customer demand. * Communicate with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise. * Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning correctly to prevent downtime and production delays. * Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials required for production. * Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. * Collaborate with management to set production goals and establish targets for the production team. * Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Overtime pay * Job stability * Option for an indefinite-term contract **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree, or related fields * Prior experience in production supervision or management within the same industry * Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment * Strong leadership and personnel management skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software * Flexibility to work varying shifts based on operational needs * Easy access to Av.
