Your responsibilities will include: * Providing phone and on-site product advisory services. * Updating and delivering training on IMPERQUIMIA product lines, as well as product innovations and special systems, to keep our sales force and end customers informed for effective market placement of our products. * Reviewing recommendations prepared by the sales department for specifying IMPERQUIMIA solution systems. * Collecting visit reports from projects and/or distributors in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Providing written technical recommendations or through various organizational communication channels. * Handling customer complaints, conducting site visits, and completing CRM entries. * Supporting apply-mart workshops. * Sending visit reports via email. * Presenting at marketing and institutional events (including application workshops). * Conducting on-site training sessions. * Reporting progress on objectives in SuccessFactors.
