





We are seeking a **Project Leader** with experience in vertical or horizontal housing to comprehensively coordinate all stages of our construction projects, from planning to final delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for **ensuring compliance in time, cost, quality, and scope**, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing contractors, resources, and construction risks. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate Staff, Design, Permits, BIM, and Budgeting areas during the planning phase. * Define and validate the technical scope and master project schedule. * Lead the on-site technical team and supervise contractors to ensure adherence to schedules and quality and safety standards. * Manage physical and financial progress, as well as operational risks. * Coordinate handovers with Customer Service, authorities, and administrations. * Ensure the administrative and legal closure of each project. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred). * **Experience:** 5 to 7 years in coordination and execution of vertical or horizontal housing projects. * Specialization or postgraduate studies in Project or Construction Management (preferred). * Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Autodesk, and MS Project. * Basic to intermediate English. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. **Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Planning and results orientation. * Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. * Sensitivity to guidelines and regulatory compliance. **Key Performance Indicators:** * Adherence to budget and construction schedule. * Achievement of critical milestones. * Quality in deliveries and administrative closures.
