Promote and supervise appropriate conduct among Monitors to maintain a positive work environment at the security monitoring center. Document and update procedures, train personnel under supervision, generate reports, process area-generated information and convert it into performance indicators, and ensure compliance with departmental KPIs. **SCHEDULE** Rotating shifts **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Criminology, Computer Systems, Administrative Fields, or related disciplines. * 2 years of experience in GPS, CCTV, and alarm monitoring. * Experience implementing and improving quality management systems. * Experience developing procedures and records. * Ability to prepare executive reports. * Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with GPS platforms, CCTV systems, and alarm systems. * Flexible availability for shift work.
