





**Grupo Acuícola San Martin** **Position: Administrative Assistant to cover Maternity Leave** Objective: Support the accurate preparation, calculation, and processing of payrolls, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations, as well as timely employee support. **Responsibilities** * Input and validation of payroll incidents * Calculation and processing of payrolls for various periods * Calculation and determination of taxes and employer-employee social security contributions * Control and filing of payroll receipts, affiliation movements, and reports * Addressing and resolving employee inquiries. **Required Skills** * Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations * Organization and time management * Numerical analysis and problem-solving skills **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in payroll preparation and/or accounting **Platforms and Knowledge** * CONTPAQi Payroll, Nomipaq, SUA (IMSS), IDSE (IMSS), SAT Portal, SUA INFONAVIT, FONACOT * Basic to intermediate Excel * Federal Labor Law, Income Tax, IMSS and INFONAVIT as applied to payroll * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * Experience using SUA and IDSE **We Offer** * Weekly salary * Schedule: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm \- Monday to Saturday * Savings fund * Statutory benefits Job type: Temporary or fixed-term Contract duration: 6 months Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Payroll: 1 year (Required) * Accounting: 1 year (Required) Language: * English (Desirable) Workplace: On-site
