Focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Logistics sector company is seeking: Warehouse Operations Coordinator Ensure efficient operations in receiving, storage, distribution, and package dispatch. Emphasis on hands-on operational execution + leadership to meet delivery timelines and customer commitments. Job Objective: Ensure proper route assignment, timely dispatch, and delivery tracking, achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, high-demand environment. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise auxiliary staff in daily tasks including loading, unloading, verification, and dispatch. - Perform core operational activities personally. - Plan schedules and required delivery units for routes. - Ensure timely dispatch of units and real-time route tracking (monitoring drivers/operators). - Generate operational reports in Excel and maintain logistics documentation. - Support internal/external customer service and incident resolution. - Multitask: lead while executing floor-level operations. Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics/warehousing (receiving, storage, distribution, and package dispatch). - Proven experience leading or supervising teams of at least 20 people. - Demonstrated employment stability (long-term positions; avoid frequent job changes). - Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc.) + proficiency with electronic tools (handheld devices preferred). - Practical knowledge of warehouse tools: - Completed high school diploma (technical or bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, or related field is desirable). - Full availability: 100% on-site. - Proactive, strong leadership, good communication skills, and results-oriented.
