We are seeking a Standard-level DevOps Engineer to join our team and support the development, deployment, and ongoing operation of our applications. This role is critical to enhancing infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our development and production environments. **Responsibilities:** * Implement, manage, and optimize IT infrastructure using automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet). * Collaborate with development teams to integrate Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc. * Monitor and ensure performance, availability, and security of production and development environments. * Automate configuration management and application deployment. * Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure its efficiency and scalability. * Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively prevent and resolve issues. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot problems and optimize infrastructure. * Conduct post-mortem analyses of incidents to prevent recurrence. * Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection requirements across all environments. * Document processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation related to infrastructure and DevOps tools. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in DevOps-related roles, system administration, or software engineering. * **Education:** Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience. **Technical Knowledge:** * Hands-on experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. * Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. * Familiarity with scripting (Bash, Python, etc.) for task automation. * Experience using monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. * Understanding of DevOps security best practices. * **Soft Skills:** * Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Clear communication and technical documentation skills. * Proactivity and commitment to continuously improving infrastructure and processes. **Desirable (Not mandatory):** * AWS certifications. * Experience in database and storage system administration. * Networking and server administration knowledge. * Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
