





- **Position Summary** Responsible to the General Supervisor of Manufacturing Final Assembly or MFG Manager for the management of the assigned production line or area to meet production plans and achieve Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives within a stable work environment. Planning and execution of manufacturing crews according to customer requirements. Achievement of daily labor efficiency targets. Monitoring and adherence to hourly control (document actions during off-target hours). Responsible for meeting Labor Efficiency, Quality, and Delivery goals. Knowledge of quality analysis tools. Ensure data collection points, frequency, and documentation. Define alarm limits and action plans. Collect data, develop reaction plans, and meet FTQ metrics. Define and implement corrective actions in the process. Identify root causes of scrap. Scrap must be segregated and reported on a daily basis. Develop action plans for scrap exceeding targets.
