**Poliformas Plásticas**, with over 64 years of experience in the industrial and distribution sector, is seeking a **Branch Manager** to lead the team, ensure efficient operations, and meet business objectives. **What will you do?** * Supervise and coordinate operational and commercial activities of the branch. * Manage the team: sales, warehouse, delivery, and customer service. * Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. * Ensure high standards of customer service. * Administer and control inventories, as well as goods incoming and outgoing. * Prepare administrative and commercial reports. * Implement sales strategies aligned with regional management. * Supervise billing, collections, and administrative processes. * Represent the company before customers, suppliers, and local authorities. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum of 2 years of experience as Branch Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator in commercial, industrial, or distribution companies. * Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capabilities. * Results-oriented mindset, experience managing KPIs, and team management. * Knowledge of basic logistics, sales, customer service, and inventory control. * Intermediate level in Excel and administrative systems. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. **We offer:** * Weekly salary: $2,300. * 12 days of vacation. * Christmas bonus of 15 days. * Punctuality and Attendance Bonus: 8% monthly. * Vacation premium of 25%. * Statutory benefits plus: Infonavit, Fonacot, savings fund (optional), and 5% savings fund. * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,000. * Life insurance. * Job stability and professional development. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm * Saturdays: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm **Interested?
