





**Job Description** ------------------------- Ensure the fulfillment of order deliveries to owned business units and/or end customers at the lowest possible cost, guaranteeing customer satisfaction without neglecting distribution costs. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- - Generate the loading schedule in order to secure required orders for the following day and meet delivery commitments. * Ensure compliance with the loading schedule to guarantee customer service at the lowest possible cost. * Supervise the transportation plan to confirm deliveries and resolve delays so that products reach customers within the agreed time. * Negotiate trips and schedules with carriers to satisfy product delivery to customers within the agreed time. * Verify inventory availability to ensure necessary products are available to meet customer order demands. * Communicate the Daily Shipping Plan to the Transport Administrator to confirm license plates and arrange the loading schedule. * Ensure compliance with the dynamic weekly plan generated by the Supply Chain. * Monitor the $/ton performance for the deliveries under responsibility. **Position Challenges** -------------------- Situation * Lower volume is available and shipments to customers are needed—whom should be prioritized? * Extended dwell times with customers; delays during unloading * Changes in delivery times or customers unavailable to receive (diversions) **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ General * Degrees: Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, Other Engineering fields * English Language Proficiency: B2 or higher Required Experience * Customer service * Tracking finished product deliveries * Knowledge of land logistics Required Knowledge * Intermediate Excel * English: B2 or higher * PowerPoint: Intermediate **Relationships** -------------- Internal * Dispatch Service Advisor (Send daily loading schedule and adjustments) * Logistics Planner for Allocation and Demand (Receive plant loading capacity and generate the daily shipping plan for different dispatch modes) * Operations Supervisor (Report incidents related to loading that require attention) * Transport Administrator (Report incidents related to transportation that require attention) * Dispatch Service Advisor (Send daily loading schedule and adjustments) External * Third-party and subsidiary customers (Inform about scheduled trip status and handle delivery incidents) **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and operate.
