Collection Manager We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience for the position of Collection Manager at our Los Mochis location. As Collection Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the collections team, ensuring efficient and effective debt recovery. Your role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures that maximize credit recovery, as well as analyzing data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities. Additionally, you must maintain constant communication with customers to resolve concerns and proactively manage payments. Previous experience in similar roles, team management, and collection processes is required. You must have a solid understanding of financial laws and regulations, as well as advanced leadership and negotiation skills.
