Advanced English proficiency is mandatory A major automotive company is seeking a **candidate with experience managing B2B customer portals, such as FORD and BMW.** Operational follow-up, focused on ensuring effective communication with **customers and fulfillment of logistical requirements.** This position is critical for tracking requests, audits, scorecards, and customer releases, as well as maintaining up-to-date information in relevant systems and portals. **Job Objective:** To control, manage, and address customer requirements, ensuring their accurate capture and tracking within the system and customer portals. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** Ensure positive trends in the customer scorecard (logistics-related topics) Follow up on customer audits Review customer portals at least twice daily Track customer complaints posted on portals, in coordination with the core team Maintain internal customer systems and part numbers Support production planning Receive and ensure compliance with customer releases Oversee shipments Track customer requests related to logistics topics Direct and continuous contact with customers **B2B Portals:** CMS QWIN LPKM Next e\-DDL Super G FCSD SNC **Required Skills and Knowledge:** **Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)** Proficiency in customer portals Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 Basic knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 Basic knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 Knowledge of customer-specific requirements Knowledge of applicable legal requirements for product and process Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
