RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and reviewing construction contracts (civil, mechanical, and electrical). * Drafting contracts for on site services. * Managing changes, additions, or modifications to contracts, ensuring they are properly documented. * Identifying and assessing risks associated with contracts. * Resolving contractual disputes efficiently and effectively. * Preparing contract packages. REQUIREMENTS * **Advanced English.** * **Education**: Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree in law. * Specialization in contract law and legal terms. * Experience in project management. * **Knowledge of the construction industry:** It is essential to understand construction processes, codes, and safety standards. * **Negotiation skills:** Ability to negotiate contractual terms beneficial to the company. * **Communication skills:** Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders. * **Management skills:** Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously. * **Attention to detail:** Precision is crucial in contract management. * **Software knowledge:** Familiarity with project and contract management software.
