JOB DESCRIPTION
At Neurological Services, we are seeking a newly graduated physician with a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in pediatrics to join our team as **Clinical Operations Coordinator**.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking to gain real-world experience within a specialized team, with accelerated learning in clinical follow-up, coordination with families, and operation of high-quality medical services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate clinical and operational follow-up of pediatric patients.
* Maintain communication with families regarding questions, instructions, and continuity of the care plan.
* Assist in preparing and organizing medical notes, reports, prescriptions, and clinical letters.
* Follow up on pending clinical matters: tests, interconsultations, therapies, and patient progress.
* Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team (psychology, therapists, administrative department).
* Participate in video calls, clinical meetings, and communication with schools when required.
* Ensure order and quality in clinical record documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
* Newly graduated General Physician (degree and medical license issued or in process).
* Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and sense of responsibility.
* Strong clinical writing ability and capacity to document clearly.
* Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with parents/caregivers.
* Basic proficiency in digital tools (professional WhatsApp, Google Drive, Office, video calls).
* Interest in pediatrics, neurodevelopment, and patient follow-up.
DESIRED (NOT MANDATORY)
* Prior experience in outpatient clinics, pediatrics, or private practice (internship/SS).
* Interest in medical coordination and interdisciplinary work.
WE OFFER
* Fixed monthly salary of $15,000 MXN.
