We are looking for teaching talent with the following profile: Requirements: * **Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Childcare, Pedagogy, or related field** * **Degree certificate and professional license** * **English B2 level** **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor students’ academic and emotional well-being. * Identify needs and at-risk behaviors, implementing intervention strategies. * Provide vocational guidance and support in decision-making. * Refer students to specialists when necessary and follow up on cases. * Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ holistic development. * Participate in workshops, training programs, and preventive initiatives. **Skills** * Active listening and empathy. * Effective communication. * Case organization and follow-up. * Teamwork. * Basic conflict management.
