




We are looking for our next genius as Technical Support Coordinator to be the great leader of our specialized team implementing innovative technology for access control, identity verification, and recognition. **What are we looking for?** \- Completed degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. \- Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in technical supervision or management. \- Practical experience and previous work in technical support, electronic maintenance, and quality control. \- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction. \- Natural leader, results-oriented, analytical, and proactive. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the national technical support team. Define objectives, conduct continuous monitoring, and provide feedback. * Support and develop quality standards. * Develop action plans for technical failures. * Continuously improve processes, overall operations, and work teams. * Ensure ticket resolution within SLA. * Audit production, maintenance, and installation processes. (Prior knowledge and experience with turnstiles and access control is a plus.) * Perform electronics troubleshooting, maintenance, and diagnostics on equipment. * Create SOPs. * Manage KPIs. * Proficiency in ISO standards (technical best practices). **What do we offer?** \- Salary range: $20,000 to $30,000 per month. \- Dynamic and continuously evolving work environment. \- Work location: CDMX. \- Schedule according to operational demand.
