We are seeking a Front-End Developer with solid experience in React + TypeScript, focused on building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance interfaces. The ideal candidate masters modern best practices, efficient state management, and UI development with a focus on user experience. Required Tech Stack (Mandatory) React (18/19) TypeScript (strict) Zustand (state management) Tailwind CSS React Router DOM Fetch API Responsibilities Development of modern and responsive interfaces Implementation of scalable frontend architecture Global state management with Zustand Consumption of REST APIs Performance optimization (memo, lazy, splitting) Form handling and validation Integration with authentication (tokens, protected routes) Collaboration with backend and design Required Experience 3+ years in frontend development Proven experience with React + TypeScript Experience in real-world projects (not just courses) Strong proficiency with hooks and modern patterns Key Competencies Custom hooks Modular architecture Error and loading state handling Strong TypeScript typing (avoiding 'any') Clean Code Desirable (Plus) Knowledge of Next.js Testing (Vitest / React Testing Library) Experience with WebRTC / Agora Animations (Framer Motion) Working Conditions: 100% in-person work at La Noria, Puebla. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Salary: 42,000 MXN gross per month.
