Focus on technological innovation and process transformation **We Offer:** Transportation service Cafeteria service Uniforms Statutory benefits Grocery vouchers Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Objective** Develop, implement, and optimize AI-based solutions using tools such as Gemini/Copilot/Claude, automating processes, improving operational efficiency, and generating innovative solutions for various departments within the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and implement solutions using generative AI with Gemini, Copilot, or Claude. * Create advanced prompts and automated workflows to optimize digital processes. * Integrate AI models with the company's existing systems (SQL databases, Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, ERPs). * Develop AI-based applications, virtual assistants, and automations. * Analyze technical requirements and propose efficient technological solutions. * Conduct testing, adjustments, and continuous improvements to implemented developments. * Document processes, developments, and technical configurations. * Provide technical support and basic training to internal users. * Stay updated on new features, trends, and best practices in AI. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–4 years in software development or automation. * Experience with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar). * Experience in API integration and process automation. **Technical Knowledge:** * Python, JavaScript, SQL, or related programming languages. * REST APIs * Process automation * Prompt engineering * System integration * Machine Learning (preferred) * Cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred) **Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Innovation and continuous improvement * Problem solving * Organization * Effective communication * Teamwork * Results orientation **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Development and implementation time * Efficiency of implemented automations * Reduction in operational time * Quality of delivered solutions * Level of adoption by internal users **Notes** We seek a proactive individual oriented toward technological innovation and highly capable of transforming traditional processes through Artificial Intelligence–based solutions.
