Job Summary: Administer and optimize the technology infrastructure and ERP systems, ensuring operational continuity, security, and information availability for administrative, accounting, and operational processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technology infrastructure and ERP systems administration and optimization 2. Ensuring information security, availability, and reliability 3. Support and administration of CONTPAQi, Neodata, and Enkontrol Job Objective: Administer, maintain, and optimize the company's technology infrastructure and ERP systems, ensuring the proper operation of CONTPAQi, Neodata, and Enkontrol, as well as information security, availability, and reliability for the housing developer's administrative, accounting, and operational processes. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Information Technology (completed) Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in IT departments Proven experience in implementation, support, and administration of: CONTPAQi (Accounting, Payroll, Banking, Commercial) Neodata (Costs, Budgeting, Construction Projects, Financial Control) Enkontrol (ERP for housing developers) Technical Knowledge: Administration and support of CONTPAQi systems Operation and configuration of Neodata and Enkontrol SQL databases (queries, backups, maintenance) Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, cabling, switches, firewalls) Server administration (Windows Server preferred) Data backup, recovery, and business continuity Cybersecurity and access control System integration and data migration End-user technical support Ensuring information security and confidentiality Managing software and hardware vendors User training on system usage Skills and Competencies: Problem analysis and resolution Organization and time management Effective communication with non-technical users Working under pressure Logical and structured thinking Strong sense of responsibility Confidentiality and professional ethics. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Keywords: analyst, engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, system
