* Integrate service orders to ensure smooth operations within the service reception area. * Advise customers on vehicle repairs, parts, promotions, and accessories for their automobiles. * Provide approximate quotes to customers and consult on any work that exceeds the agreed scope. * Monitor the progress of vehicles undergoing service. * Deliver and explain the vehicle inspection report to the customer. * Provide the customer with an objective explanation of the work performed or to be performed on the vehicle, as well as a detailed explanation of the invoice and its amount.
