Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively track and manage import operations, including document review and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Productivity bonuses Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in import operations. * Solid knowledge of the Customs Law. * Experience in maritime customs clearance. * Preparation and review of import customs declarations (pedimentos). * Proficiency in customs management systems. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive tracking of import operations. * Document review and validation in accordance with current regulations. * Preparation, data entry, and review of import customs declarations (pedimentos). * Customer service and follow-up until cargo release. * Management of pre-clearance and customs inspections. * Adherence to operational timelines and port KPIs.
