This role is critical to attracting, screening, and coordinating candidates for various operational and administrative openings across our brands in CDMX. You will collaborate directly with the Human Resources department to fill key positions in kitchen, service, and management, as well as maintain our candidate database up-to-date and support interview, selection, and hiring processes. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and sensitivity to identify profiles aligned with our values. On-site: Del Valle Centro **Benefits:** * Net monthly salary of $12,000.00 * Quarterly bonus based on metric achievement upon completion of the probationary contract * Bi-weekly payment * 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)** * Training and professional development opportunities * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Paid leave * Cafeteria service * 50% employee discount at select locations * Additional discounts of 10–70% at certain cinemas, hotels, English courses, and more * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Statutory benefits **Responsibilities:** * Proactively search for and identify candidates for open positions using various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and field outreach. * Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent. * Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or video call. * Conduct online or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit. * Collaborate with each restaurant’s assigned interviewer (captain, manager, chef, etc.) to understand their specific role requirements and schedule second interviews. * Initially, coordinate interviews directly with the Human Resources team. * Provide candidates with follow-up updates regarding interview outcomes and next steps. * Update databases or any other requested documents with daily progress. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process through timely communication and feedback. * Prepare and extend verbal and email offers to selected candidates. * Review required documentation submitted by selected candidates prior to initiating the hiring process. * Monitor and meet recruitment metrics while adhering to departmental budget constraints. * Provide regular updates on the status of open positions. * Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and other hiring activities. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Pedagogy. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Availability to work one Saturday per month (subject to performance and prior agreement). * Ability to travel to various business units across CDMX. * Proficiency with MS Office and Google Drive applications. * Valid official documentation (INE, proof of address, RFC, CURP, NSS). **Preferred Skills:** * Practical experience with HR software such as Worky, Factorial, SesameHR, etc. * Experience working with databases or talent management systems (ATS or similar). * Experience in recruitment and selection for restaurants * Experience in volume recruitment * Intermediate–advanced English proficiency **Interested candidates: Apply now, and we’ll message you via Indeed to schedule an interview.** Discrimination is strictly prohibited at this establishment.
