Join our team—we are seeking a **Director of the Digital Innovation and Production School.** **Position Objective:** Lead the planning, development, academic and operational management of the Digital Innovation and Production School, ensuring educational quality, technological relevance, and the consolidation of creative, interactive, and immersive projects aligned with the institution’s vision. **Academic Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in: Interactive Media, Digital Multimedia, Digital Animation, Multimedia Production, Experience Design, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Master’s degree in:** Digital Innovation, Interactive Technologies, Multimedia Production, Creative Project Management, Technology-Enhanced Education, or related disciplines. **Desirable:** Innovation, emerging technologies, academic management, education, or digital art. **Additional training in:** Certifications or demonstrable proficiency in specialized software: game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine), multimedia production, 3D design, animation, VR/AR/XR, creative programming, audiovisual editing, sound design, generative AI tools, among others. Training in university administration, creative project leadership, educational leadership, strategic planning, and application of technologies in educational environments. **Required Experience:** * Minimum five years of university-level teaching experience in digital, multimedia, interactive, or technological fields. * Proven experience in academic, administrative, or multimedia production laboratory leadership, coordination, or management. * Strong professional development in interactive, multimedia, immersive, transmedia, or digital innovation projects. * Participation in competitions, conferences, technology fairs, creative productions, innovation labs, publications, or institutionally impactful projects. * Experience in designing, implementing, or operating digital production laboratories, studios, or workshops. **Competencies:** * Comprehensive academic and administrative management * Regulatory and ethical compliance * Student community support * Institutional communication and hierarchy * Humanistic and collaborative leadership * Educational and technological innovation * Professional and social outreach Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
