**EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in administration, pedagogy, accounting, or related field. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Provide telephone or on-site support to clients regarding questions about system usage and configurations. · Report hours spent on project implementation activities, time spent on answered calls and services performed, including the number of attendees served in each course, workshop, or seminar. · Request services that need to be invoiced. · Prepare syllabi and contents for courses, workshops, and seminars. · Develop necessary materials for delivering various courses, workshops, and seminars. · Provide information about dates, costs, and contents of courses, workshops, and seminars being offered, if requested by the client. · Deliver courses, workshops, and seminars on the use of CONTPAQi® systems. · Maintain control over attendees of delivered courses, workshops, and seminars by completing designed forms for their registration. · Assist with logistics for courses, workshops, and seminars. · Print participation certificates for attendees of courses and workshops. **KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**: Teaching \- learning methods Group management Information technologies applied to education Group facilitation processes **DESIRABLE**: Possession of EC0217\.01 and DC5 certification Familiarity with SAT website and CONTPAQi® software **WE OFFER**: Base salary, statutory benefits, and commission scheme.
