Talent Acquisition team member will fill in the Posting description after intake meeting. **QUALIFICATIONS** CBS Relocation offices spaces 2026 Provide support for the project of selecting, remodeling, and setting up the new office space for the CBS corporate team in SLP, Mexico. The role will assist in activities related to conceptual design proposals for office spaces, restrooms, elevators, dining areas, meeting rooms, among others. It will also support the selection and review of financial proposals with suppliers, thereby strengthening soft skills. Duration 12 months. Tasks and Cost metrics considering Project Management principles Support with the review of building/material specs with Designers \& Contractors, and present and update/assessment to the Project Leader for him/her to execute or take the right decisions Support with the review of the execution of the proposed MEP design, and present and update/assessment to the Project Leader for him/her to execute Support with the review of technical architecture, civil \& mechanical drawings, , and present and update/assessment to the Project Leader for him/her to execute or take the right decisions. The project must be registered on the HSE platform to begin the office area remodeling. The student will assist in presenting layouts with relocation proposals for the area designated by Facilities, follow up on MOC approval, support meeting minutes, quotations, and supplier follow\-ups. / Duration: 1\.5 months. Support in following up on floor activities with suppliers during the preliminary demolition of the mezzanine, preparation of construction supervision formats, activity schedules, and creation of follow\-up meeting minutes. Assist in preparing progress reports and reviewing progress estimates. / Duration: 5 months Construction: Support in follow\-up with suppliers for the start of office construction, creation of meetings and progress minutes. Update estimation formats, manage invoice control, assist in contacting suppliers for quotations, create layouts with architectural proposals, and help archive the construction quality file. / Duration: 5\.5 months. Support with the research \& development of a new Facilities integration Management (IFM) that will be applied in all the buidlings in SLP (1\.5 months) Develope the investigation skills, generate contacts and technical knowledge that involves the development of an IFM maintenance plan. Generate a detailed report with pros\-cons for this strategy. Support on evaluate the different administratatve tools available for equipment and facilities administration that helps to determine the best ine each case. (2\.5 months) Conclude which is the right tool to administrate the calibration, maintenance and administation software. Develop planing skills , logical thinking, administration resources to realice evaluation tasks. Supports with administrative procedures in the daily operation of Facilities department such as new quotations, cost control report, change orders applying a Project Management procedure (12 months) Develope administrative skills, comunications skills at reporting and problem resolution skills. Support in the development of a updated campus layout with all the new constructions \& infrastructure that has been developed this last 5 years on the campus.
