Job Summary: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, optimize processes, and increase productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Interdisciplinary collaboration to identify and implement improvements Industrial-Manufacturing company Located in Milenium Industrial Park Hiring: Continuous Improvement Engineer Requirements: • Industrial Engineering, Quality Management Systems, or related degree. • Proof of graduation or professional degree certificate. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. • Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement processes. Objective: To monitor and implement Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, contributing to process optimization, waste reduction, productivity enhancement, and improvement of operational metrics through standardization and continuous improvement in operations. Main Responsibilities: Main Responsibilities: • Monitor and drive the implementation of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing methodologies within the company. • Ensure execution and continuity of continuous improvement projects, guaranteeing that initiatives are carried out and further developed. • Coordinate and monitor improvements implemented across different organizational areas. • Maintain constant communication and collaboration with all company departments to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions. • Work closely with engineers and coordinators to present improvement proposals and ensure their proper execution.
