Loader / Backhoe Operator Requirements: • Male candidates aged 25 to 45 • Completed secondary education / high school diploma with certificate or incomplete higher education. • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position • Knowledge of machinery maneuvering • Availability to rotate shifts Objective: Operate loading machinery to feed hoppers with raw materials. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare and mix materials (sand and aggregates) according to specifications. • Feed hoppers and monitor proper raw material flow. • Operate machinery for grinding and cutting concrete blocks. • Verify correct equipment operation and report incidents. • Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. • Assist in yard activities: moving, organizing, and loading materials. • Complete daily operation logs and checklists. • Collaborate with the team, covering functions as needed to ensure process continuity.
