Supervise all field execution until formal handover to the client. **Installation Supervisor** San Luis Potosí We are seeking an **Installation Supervisor** who ensures proper execution, reliability, and delivery of installations for internal and external clients, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and technical compliance. **Purpose of the Position** Supervise field installation development from initiation through formal client handover, ensuring correct execution per standards, specifications, and internal procedures. Guarantee operational reliability through testing, commissioning, and close monitoring, aiming to fulfill established commitments and ensure customer satisfaction. ️ **Key Responsibilities** * Efficiently manage procurement, supply, and control processes for materials and services required for installations. * Provide timely and competitive technical solutions for commercial requests, optimizing resources and supporting business volume. * Supervise installations with internal and external clients in the field, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and agreement compliance. * Maintain a service-oriented focus, ensuring execution under established standards and procedures. * Validate training, certifications, and performance of service contractors. * Ensure installation reliability through testing, commissioning, and formal handover. * Monitor area KPIs and promote continuous improvement through projects. * Conduct field surveys (*Site Survey*), site inspections, and documentation for each installation. * Coordinate Microbulk installations and transfer information to the Customer Service department. * Maintain critical material availability to improve response times. * Ensure clear communication with Procurement for timely material delivery. * Prepare budgets for new installations, considering cost, functionality, and safety. * Establish detailed installation plans with key dates and activities. * Ensure appropriate use of material resources and proper handling of surplus. * Verify correct technical specifications for materials and equipment. * Supervise use, maintenance, and audits of the assigned utility vehicle. **Relationships with Other Areas** **Internal:** * *Procurement:* Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. **External:** * *Clients:* Ensure reliability and commitment fulfillment. * *Contractors:* Field supervision of work and technical compliance. **Key Role Challenges** * Ensure the reliability of each installation through controls and testing. * Drive process improvements for greater efficiency. * Supervise all field execution until formal handover to the client. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Efficiency in installation execution. * Proper supervision of works to prevent deviations and risks. * Physical and formal delivery of installations in accordance with standards. **Academic Qualifications** * Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related field. **Language** * Technical English (in role-specific aspects). **Required Experience** * Project or construction management — **2 years** * Planning and cost estimation — **2 years** * Process engineering and equipment/material selection — **2 years** * Mechanical installation supervision — **2 years** **Technical Competencies** * Proficiency with Windows and Office software. * Intermediate-level AutoCAD. * Material selection and application of national and international standards. * Field surveying, budget preparation, and cost analysis. * Knowledge of process flow diagrams. * Operation of pickup-type vehicles — standard. / Valid driver’s license required. **Functional Competencies** * Team creation and coordination. * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship management. * Frustration tolerance. * Problem solving and decision making. **WE OFFER** ------------- * **Attractive monthly base salary** * **$3,500 monthly food vouchers** * **Dental insurance** * **100% vacation bonus** * **Savings fund and savings box** * **30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo)** * **Life insurance** * **Major medical expense insurance** * ✨ **And many more benefits for you and your family!** ‍‍‍ APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL!!
