High organizational capacity and effective communication **GRUPO CONSTRUCCIONES Y SERVICIOS is seeking a Project Manager – Large-Scale Construction in Tamuin – San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosi** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Project Manager (Large-Scale Construction) Job Description: We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in large-scale construction projects, responsible for planning, executing, controlling, and closing the project while ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance. You will be directly responsible for coordinating work teams, contractors, supervisors, and technical staff, as well as closely monitoring the construction schedule and physical–financial progress. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the full execution of the project * Develop and monitor the construction schedule * Track physical progress versus financial expenditure * Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff * Supervise site engineers, engineers, and supervisors reporting to you * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions * Ensure budget, quality, and timeline compliance * Report progress and results to management * Manage project risks * Ensure compliance with construction regulations and on-site safety Required Profile: * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction * Proven experience in large-scale construction projects * Experience managing multiple contractors and large teams * Experience in construction control (costs, timelines, progress) Technical Knowledge: * Construction scheduling (preferably Microsoft Project or Primavera P6) * Cost and budget control * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications * Construction estimation and control * Mexican construction regulations Competencies: * Strong leadership * Decision-making under pressure * High organizational capacity * Effective communication * Results-oriented mindset Project Location: Project located in Tamuín, San Luis Potosí (willingness to reside on-site required) **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e8277f5f00003400310d80\&source\=indeed*
