




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive inventory management, including material transfer, receipt, storage, and reporting, ensuring availability and compliance with procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory integrity and service 2. Coordinates material transfers and receipt 3. Conducts inventories and operates forklifts * Ensure inventory integrity and service. * Ensure material transfer between branches. * Transfer materials to and from suppliers according to the OUT guide. * Receive materials (physical vs. invoice). * Store materials in the warehouse area. * Report inventory discrepancies (based on shortages or overages vs. guide). * Ensure material availability in inventory. * Assist warehouse staff in material identification. * Conduct cycle counts. * Support general inventories. * Record inventory receipts and issuances in the warehouse system. * Comply with internal departmental procedures. * Update material information. * Support activities of other warehouses. * Report obsolete materials. * Support administrative and production departments in information inquiries. * Operate forklifts.
