Professional development At **CARPÍN Development Company**, we are looking for a **Surveyor** to join our Urban Development and Construction team. **Position Objective** Perform accurate surveying and topographic work, ensuring that the generated data serves as a reliable basis for proper project execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Layouts and leveling at construction sites. * Verification of drawings and technical specifications in the field. * Calculation and validation of earthwork volumes. * Validation of progress with contractors. * Operation of total stations, differential GPS, and surveying equipment. * Coordination with the Projects Department. * Availability for field visits and assignments to remote locations. **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience in construction site supervision and fieldwork. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, CivilCAD, and surveying software. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Availability to work on-site. **We Offer:** * **Net monthly salary** * Job stability * Professional development * Opportunities to work on urban development and housing projects If you have field experience and are passionate about precision on construction sites, apply now and join our team!
