Supervise technical teams and manage tooling budgets Job description: Main responsibility is to develop, control and maintain the manufacturing processes as well as tooling, in a robust and reliable way, contemplating the value stream mapping of the product, to meet the customer requirements in automotive sector. Safety, Quality, Productivity, Ergonomics and Environmental impacts must be contemplated while new projects or engineering changes implementation. · Process control using Core Tools and SPC · Engineering Change Management (ECN) · Manufacturing process control in metal forming / cold forming · Technical team supervision · Tooling budget and investment management · Project implementation in serial production · Lean Manufacturing implementation · EHS, ISO \& IATF audits · Global best practices implementation Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related. · Experience in Automotive sector (\+3 yrs) · Experience in Personnel management (\+3 yrs) · Analysis and Problem\-Solving Skills · Core Tools domain. · New Product Launches and Engineering Changes experience · Experience in internal and external audits · Desirable to have participated in International Exchanges where you have been able to expand your knowledge and personnel management. · English Level: Advanced · Cold forming/Metal forming process knowledge. · Focus maintenance technical knowledge.
