




**Join our team as: Human Resources Coordinator!** We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Coordinator to join our team based in Ecatepec Jardines de Morelos, with occasional travel to Tequisistlán. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and workforce tracking. · Design and implement Human Resources processes that ensure order, clarity, and scalability. · Coordinate the full **recruitment and selection cycle**, from identifying needs to integrating new talent. · Manage **payroll**, attendance incidents, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel movements with IMSS. · Handle labor audits, inspections, and official labor authority requests. · Provide direct support to employees regarding questions about schedules, attendance incidents, vacations, payroll, etc. · Workplace climate management · Identify and address conflict situations or poor workplace atmosphere. · Administer workplace climate surveys and follow up on results. · Personnel file administration · Ensure signing of employment contracts, internal regulations, and other legal documentation… · Deliver Onboarding / induction to new hires. · Explain internal rules, policies, and work processes. · Training and Orientation · Conduct training courses and orientation sessions on key topics: internal policies, safety regulations, organizational culture, among others. **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in: · Human Resources · Psychology · Administration or related field. **EXPERIENCE** ü 1 year in similar roles. ü Direct interaction with staff ü Training and facilitation techniques. ü Handling of attendance incidents and control.
