The **Construction Manager** is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring achievement of objectives related to schedule, cost, quality, and safety. Leads multidisciplinary teams on-site, coordinates contractors and suppliers, and serves as the key communication link among clients, engineering, and execution. JOB REQUIREMENTS **Education:** · Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. **Experience:** · 8–10 years of experience in industrial project construction. · Prior leadership experience (Superintendent / Construction Manager). · Experience managing multiple concurrent construction fronts or projects. · Must reside in Monterrey **Skills:** · Advanced knowledge of applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards. · Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. · Strategic planning and decision-making. · Strong negotiation and client management skills. · Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. **Job Responsibilities:** · Plan, coordinate, and supervise the overall execution of industrial construction projects. · Ensure adherence to the construction schedule, identify deviations, and define corrective strategies. · Guarantee compliance with quality, safety (HSE), and applicable regulatory standards on-site. · Coordinate proper integration among engineering disciplines (CSA, MEP, process systems, etc.). · Manage human, material, and financial resources of the project. · Supervise and validate cost estimates, physical progress, and financial progress of construction work. · Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure fulfillment of contractual scopes. · Participate in progress meetings with clients and stakeholders, maintaining continuous communication regarding status, risks, and forecasts. · Ensure proper implementation of cost controls and budget tracking. **Technical Knowledge:** · Construction scheduling (advanced). · Cost estimation and control (advanced). · Industrial construction (warehouses, plants, infrastructure). · Structural erection. · Hydraulic systems and industrial installations. · Industrial safety regulations (HSE).
