Description
We are seeking a professional focused on customer service and possessing technical skills to join our IT department. This position is aimed at students in their final semesters or recent graduates in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields, who are interested in developing their professional careers within a corporate structure.
Responsibilities
* Incident Management: Provide first-level technical support (on-site and remote) to resolve hardware and software requests.
* Technical Maintenance: Perform diagnostics and configuration of computing equipment, as well as system updates and security patches.
* Asset Control: Manage the registration, labeling, and tracking of technological infrastructure inventory.
* Technical Documentation: Develop and update manuals, guides, and service logs to standardize processes.
* Identity and Access Management: Assist in creating and administering user accounts and permission levels.
Requirements
* Academic Background: Student in final semesters or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical program.
* Technical Competencies:
* Advanced proficiency in Windows 10/11 operating systems.
* Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi connectivity, structured cabling).
* Ability to resolve technical conflicts and provide peripheral support.
* Desired Competencies (not mandatory): Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment administration (mailbox and collaboration application management).
* Behavioral Competencies: Proactivity, assertive communication, analytical thinking, and strong organizational ability.
