This role combines strategic vision with technical execution, directly supporting development when required. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Solutions Architecture and Design** * Analyze current processes and design comprehensive solutions aligned with business objectives. * Define system architecture and integration between Odoo and other internal or external systems. * Propose technological improvements that optimize operations and support growth. * **Odoo Implementation and Development** * Lead Odoo implementation and customization, including modules for sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, and CRM. * Actively participate in developing integrations, custom modules, and necessary technical adjustments. * Collaborate with the IT team to ensure quality, efficiency, and security in solution development. * **Continuous Improvement and Automation Plan** * Identify opportunities to optimize and automate existing processes. * Design and implement a continuous improvement roadmap, prioritizing operational impact and risk reduction. * Document processes, standards, and best practices for development and architecture. * **Project Management and Team Coordination** * Participate in planning, monitoring, and controlling strategic IT projects. * Coordinate with Product Owners, analysts, and developers to ensure objectives are met. * Support user training and adoption of new solutions. * **Security, Quality, and Compliance** * Ensure solutions comply with security standards, internal regulations, and IT best practices. * Monitor implementation and development quality, proposing corrections as needed. **Requirements and Desired Profile:** * University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in systems architecture and software development. * Specific experience with Odoo (implementation, configuration, module development, and integrations). * Knowledge of agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and software development best practices. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical capability, results orientation, and proactivity in undertaking technical tasks. * Desirable knowledge in cybersecurity and data management. **Key Competencies:** * Strategic vision and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Efficient, modular, and maintainable software development. * Resolution of complex problems and data-driven decision-making. * Adaptability and ability to switch between strategic and technical tasks. * Orientation toward innovation and operational efficiency. * **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar. **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION** Obispado Mirador Office Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (plus one-hour lunch break), 9:00 am to 6:00 pm **COMPENSATION STRUCTURE** Position compensation: $confidencial, depending on technical skills**.** Position type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
