Position Summary: Coordinate and comprehensively oversee serial housing and high-rise construction projects from conception through delivery, ensuring technical compliance, schedule adherence, and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Integrated coordination of housing and high-rise construction projects. 2. Participation in the conceptualization and technical planning of projects. 3. Supervision of engineering and construction processes. **Position Objective:** Coordinate and comprehensively oversee serial housing and high-rise construction projects from conception through delivery, ensuring technical compliance, schedule adherence, and cost control. **Main Responsibilities:** · Project Conceptualization and Planning: Participate in the initial technical definition of serial housing and tower projects. · Project Administration: Monitor schedules, progress, and deliverables with contractors and internal departments. · Engineering Processes: Review and validate construction methods, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. · Drawing Interpretation: Analyze and interpret sanitary, structural, and earthwork drawings. · Soil Mechanics: Coordinate soil mechanics studies and follow up on foundation-related recommendations. · Earthworks: Supervise volumetric calculations, excavation, and backfilling during grading works. · Technical Procurement: Manage minor procurement of specialized materials (20% of time); coordinate with the Procurement Department for major items. · Strategy: Propose improvements to construction processes and resource optimization for serial projects. · Control and Reporting: Generate physical\-financial progress reports and deviation alerts. **Required Profile:** \- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. \- Experience: Minimum 3 years in serial housing and/or high-rise construction. \- Knowledge: AutoCAD, Neodata/Opus, Microsoft Project, drawing interpretation, MTY construction regulations. \- Competencies: Organization, analysis, monitoring, communication with site teams and suppliers.
