Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate BIM Modeler to accurately translate world-class project concepts into BIM models and 2D layouts, integrating construction criteria and client requirements. We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **BIM Modeler** **Job Objective:** Accurately translate the project concept and scope into BIM models and 2D layouts, integrating construction criteria and client requirements to generate clear deliverables (drawings, renders, presentations) that facilitate design understanding and coordination. **Main Functions and Activities:** * Model and load technical information into Autodesk Revit for architectural and civil discipline components. * Ensure the quality and graphical clarity of construction execution drawings, in accordance with applicable modeling standards. **Requirements:** * Architect or Civil Engineer (degree and professional license) * Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Competencies and Skills:** * Quality orientation * Problem analysis * Service orientation * Teamwork * Commitment **Knowledge:** * Construction processes * Understanding of regulations and permitting procedures * Ability to produce preliminary design drawings * Revit and AutoCAD (Advanced) * Navisworks, ACC platform * Microsoft Office suite **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance after one year of service * Savings fund Work Location: Monterrey, N.L.
