**HR COORDINATOR** **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree, diploma, and professional license * Previous experience as an HR coordinator * 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, training plan planning and execution, corporate culture programs, and communication programs. **Responsibilities**: * Design and implement HR improvement strategies aligned with company values. * Maintain full employee staffing through recruitment and selection processes. * Foster a harmonious and healthy work environment. * Organize internal company events. * Employment terminations * Develop, administer, and follow up on workplace climate surveys, 360-degree feedback, and immediate supervisor evaluations. * Execute the annual training plan * Maintain staff turnover below 7% * Maintain a healthy work environment * Verify compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, Code of Ethics, and company policies. * Keep internal policies, regulations, and documents up to date. **We offer**: * Salary: $25,000 \- $35,000 monthly * Grocery vouchers * Gasoline vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Bonus exceeding statutory requirements based on seniority * Working hours: Monday to Friday * Work location: La Noria, Apodaca, N.L.
