Develop competencies and skills aligned with objectives A growing company is looking for a **Training Instructor** responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for staff, ensuring the development of competencies, skills, and knowledge aligned with organizational objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience delivering training. * Proficiency in digital tools and training platforms. * Strong communication, leadership, and group facilitation skills. * Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: * Design and deliver in-person and/or virtual training courses. * Identify training needs (TNA) across different departments. * Develop instructional materials, presentations, and assessments. * Coordinate logistics for training sessions. * Monitor and follow up on training and development plans. * Evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training programs. * Maintain updated training records and reports. * Promote a culture of learning and continuous development.
