




At **Pulppo**, we are expanding our network of real estate agencies and seeking an **Onboarding & Growth Executive** with experience in **commercial training, client onboarding, or solution implementation**, who enjoys working hand-in-hand with commercial teams and supporting them until tangible results are achieved. This role is ideal for professionals who have previously served as **trainers, corporate trainers, customer success managers, or implementation specialists**, and who are now looking for their next step—one with greater business impact. **What will be your mission?** Ensure that every real estate agency joining our platform undergoes a **clear, structured, and results-oriented onboarding**, achieving adoption, activation, and revenue generation within their first months of operation. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Execute **end-to-end onboarding** for new real estate agencies. * Lead **kick-off sessions**, aligning expectations, objectives, and work plans. * Train commercial teams on platform usage, processes, and best practices. * Support real estate agencies during their first months to achieve adoption and revenue generation. * Closely monitor activation, usage, and performance metrics. * Build and analyze tracking reports in Excel. * Identify adoption risks and propose corrective actions. * Maintain professional and consistent relationships with clients. * Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal). **What we’re looking for in you** * +2 years of experience in: * Commercial training or corporate training * Onboarding / Customer Success * B2B, SaaS, or consulting solution implementation * Experience working with **KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking**. * Strong proficiency in **Excel** for monitoring and analysis. * Ability to explain processes, train teams, and drive adoption. * Excellent communication, organization, and results orientation. * Preferred experience in **real estate agencies, PropTech, or B2B SaaS**. **What we offer** * **Base salary:** $23,000 MXN gross per month. * **Commissions:** up to $8,000 MXN upon achievement of activation and revenue targets. * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth within an expanding PropTech company. * Direct exposure to B2B clients and strategic teams. * A collaborative, dynamic, and impact-driven work environment. **Is this role right for you?** If you enjoy **training, guiding commercial teams**, structuring processes, and seeing tangible business outcomes, this position is an excellent opportunity to take your experience to the next level. **Apply now and grow with Pulppo.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 – $31,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
