We are seeking a **Bilingual CNC Programmer** with solid experience in CNC programming and machine setup, who is interested in joining a stable manufacturing environment focused on quality, precision, and continuous improvement. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Program, set up, and optimize CNC machines for precision part manufacturing. * Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and GD\&T. * Perform machine setup, tool changes, and program testing. * Optimize cycle times and ensure product quality standards are met. * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve processes. * Document programs and process changes according to internal standards. * Provide technical support to CNC operators when required. #### **Requirements** * Technical degree or Engineering background (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field). * Minimum **2–3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer**. * Strong knowledge of **CNC programming (G \& M codes)**. * **Intermediate to Advanced English** (technical and conversational). * Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience programming **Citizen A32 Swiss\-type lathe**. * Experience in high\-precision or aerospace manufacturing environments. #### **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Legal and above\-market benefits. * Long\-term career growth opportunities. * Collaborative, technical, and innovation\-driven work environment.
