Supervise security personnel, assign tasks, plan coverage, and manage human resources. Conduct inspections, patrols, and monitoring (including CCTV) to verify the effectiveness of protocols and identify risks. Respond to emergencies, make quick decisions, report incidents, and coordinate with authorities when necessary. Serve as a liaison with clients, supervisors, and staff, maintaining constant communication and listening to suggestions. Complete logs, incident reports, and emails regarding activities and events. Coordinate with other departments and address client requests to ensure quality service. Ensure staff are familiar with and implement service-specific security protocols.
