Requires a service-oriented attitude and assertive communication At Casa Hogar Alegría, we are looking for an OPERATIONAL COORDINATOR Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position Personnel Management: * Knowledge of suppliers, safety, maintenance, transportation logistics, civil protection, dining facilities, internal and external procedures, vehicle control, and general services follow-up. * Experience with any ERP system * Competencies: customer service orientation, service-minded attitude, effective problem resolution, assertive communication. * Valid driver's license is mandatory (driving test required) Availability for the San Agustín area is required.
