Responsibility and results orientation **Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for sorting, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packaging, among other activities, the various components of surgical trays as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit. * Comply with applicable procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Leave storage locations organized and clean. * Participate in activities and programs required by the company. * Contribute to personal and company safety. **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred). * 6 months to 1 year of experience working on assembly lines and in cleanrooms (preferred). **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-oriented * Responsible **Education:** Elementary school, junior high school.
