**TOURS DE GOLF MEXICO SA DE CV is seeking a Field Supervisor in Ixtlahuacan - Iztapalapa, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **FIELD / CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise operational staff and crew management. * Prepare technical proposals and budgets. * Generate reports and photographic progress updates. * Budget reconciliations. * Follow-up on emails. * Conduct branch visits to assess work quality. * Continuous follow-up, monitoring, and reporting. * Perform on-site surveys. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (certified graduate). * Minimum 2 years of field construction experience. * Excel proficiency. * Leadership ability, personnel management skills, and results-oriented mindset. * **Preferred experience with automated teller machines (ATMs).** **LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** Schedule: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** *Occasional weekend availability required.* Salary: **$4,500.00 weekly**, plus benefits. *We are a company committed to inclusion and actively promote gender, sexual, and ethnic-racial diversity.
